Steps to configure the notifications for the Ticket System Module
  1. In WordPress administrator main navigation click ActiveMember360, Ticket Settings.

  2. In ActiveMember360 Ticket Settings tabs click Notifications.

  3. Toggle Enable push notifications as required.

    When Yes/On browser push notifications will be shown to customers . Please note that this requires a SSL connection.

  4. For Push notification icon click Add Media and upload or select an icon to be displayed in the browser push notification.

  5. Toggle Enable audio reply notifications as required.

    This enables/disables audio notification when a new reply is received when viewing the ticket details.

  6. Toggle Send email to contact when support staff reply to their ticket as required.

  7. Click Save Settings.
